We chose JWS Waste as our waste service provider following a visit by one of their sales reps, who spoke with us about their trade waste services and how they could help us.

At the time we were having trouble with our other service supplier – previous waste companies we have used were very uncooperative and didn’t meet our expectations. With this in mind, we decided to give JWS Waste a chance. It has been plain sailing ever since.

JWS come in every week to collect our waste. If JWS didn’t collect our waste on a regular basis, we’d have a backlog of rubbish which would cause problems both inside and out the business. JWS runs as regular as clockwork – we couldn’t fault them.

When we phone JWS, the communications are brilliant between us and them. We ask them to do something, they do it.
