We’re thrilled to share our customer survey results for 2019
To make sure our service remains a high-standard and that our customers are having the best experience, JWS conduct regular satisfaction surveys.
We care about what our customers have to say. So much so, that we even made a little video to celebrate all the fantastic feedback we received in 2019 from our customer survey!
Each quarter, for all our survey responses, we run a draw for one of our lucky customers to win £100 in Trafford Centre Vouchers. Thanking them for their time and feedback, and also showing how much we appreciate their help.
Having this feedback from our customers from trade customers to skip hire customers, means that we are aware of our overall customer satisfaction and if there are any areas that need us to focus on for improvement.
