We want to congratulate our most recent Apprentices following the successful completion of their courses. Both our Customer Care Apprentice, Hannah, and our Accounts Apprentice, Tom, have achieved their Business Administration certificates at Level 2.

Tom and Hannah’s individual studies were combined with their experience of working as part of the JWS Waste team. We are immensely proud of these two for their hard work over the past year and for successfully completing their Apprenticeships.

Subsequently, Hannah became a permanent member of staff on our Customer Services Team in December 2016 and Tom has continued his Apprenticeship and has now commenced the Level 3 Business Administration Course, with JWS Waste there to support him along the way.

At JWS Waste we always encourage our employees who want to learn more and develop their skills because this builds a stronger workforce.  Ultimately this will benefit our customers, the individual, and the Company.  We fully believe that the growth and development of our employees is an essential element of any business’ success.

With two more success stories resulting from the Apprenticeship Programme, we continue to highlight the value that JWS Waste puts into employee development.  Our Apprenticeship Programme is one of the many ways that we showcase our investment and dedication to the training of individual staff members.
