Inside JWS: Technical & Compliance Manager, Jade Saleh, Awarded Chartered Waste Manager Status
JWS are very proud to announce that our very own Technical & Compliance Manager, Jade Saleh, is now a Certified Member of the Institute of Chartered Waste Managers (MCIWM).
As stated on the CIWM website: “Being a Chartered Waste Manager or Chartered Environmentalist is an indication of your commitment to the highest standards of professionalism and excellence.” In her many years working here at JWS, Jade has definitely shown her commitment and dedication and this award is a brilliant reflection of this.
Jade’s process to becoming MCIWM certified involved a submission of her career, experience and knowledge of the waste industry. This was followed by an interview with a panel of experts where Jade undertook a ten-minute presentation of a subject field within the waste industry she had input into. Lastly, she had a question and answer interview to assess her broader waste industry knowledge.
Jade successfully passed all stages and has officially been awarded Chartered Waste Manager Status. This is a fantastic achievement that truly illustrates her professionalism and knowledge within the waste industry.
